A management retreat or leadership session works best when day-to-day life is put on pause. At Zeezicht you plan two or three days where there's only room for the big questions, and the answers that come with them.
Well-being as part of the programme
A morning walk through the dunes, yoga on the beach, a long lunch and a sauna nearby. We work with local partners to make well-being a real part of the retreat, not a separate activity.
Staying in characterful hotels
Several boutique hotels and B&Bs are within walking distance. We arrange the entire package, from transfers to breakfast, so that between sessions you only have to think about the content.
